As a Supplier Retention Team Leader, you will be an integral member of the AvidXchange Supplier Growth Leadership team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing Supplier Retention Representatives within the functional area of Supplier Growth Retention efforts. You will also serve as a liaison with internal and external customers, to include maintaining open and concise communication with regards to deliverable status and other inquiries. Must be Teammate obsessed!
What you’ll do:

Lead a team of Supplier Retention Representatives driving Supplier Retention efforts.

Coach, develop, inspire direct reports to achieve outlined departmental targets.

Present Business Reviews to Leadership team emphasizing progress towards departmental goals.

Drive efficient and positive team environment.

Share best practices, maintain a winning mindset, and embrace AvidXchange’s mindsets.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve various departmental goals and initiatives.

Delegate work to employees, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Create and implement best practices and process improvements.

Proficiency in the use of computer software programs including; Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
