Senior Content Experience Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Content Experience Designer to help shape how content and user experience converge in the age of AI assistants and AI-powered experiences.

This is a high-impact role focused on using AI, agents, and LLMS to scale content design for our Factory Design and Operation products. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring content experiences are crafted not just for user interfaces, but also for AI-driven interactions.

This role is far from business as usual- blending content expertise, UX strategy, systems thinking and emerging AI technologies – it’s an opportunity to shape next-generation, AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of internal tools and workflows that use AI, agents, and LLMs to scale content design support across product teams.
  • Contribute to the design and development of internal tools and workflows that ensure content is optimized for use in AI-powered product experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering partners to deliver clear, usable content across digital products.
  • Advocate for user-centered thinking in the creation of scalable, intelligent systems.
  • Use research and testing to validate tools and frameworks with internal users.
  • Contribute content expertise to specific projects as needed, with an emphasis on building reusable solutions and models rather than one-off content.
  • This is an excerpt. Read the full job description on Autodesk careers →
