Position Overview
The AI Automation Lead for Trust will lead Autodesk Trust in designing and deploying automation and AI driven process with a goal to assist, augment, and automate Trust teams and workflows. This role will also be responsible for evangelizing process excellence, automation tools, and AI enhanced process adoption across Trust. This individual will report directly to the Director of Trust GRC and should be passionate about helping teams identify and achieve successful outcomes. The role requires someone who can both build and maintain systems, as well as someone who is inspired by coaching and teaching others in building their own solutions. This individual must be a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure these solutions meet the highest standards of security and user trust. This role can be on-site, hybrid, or remote anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Design, develop, and implement automation and AI solutions
Strategy and Roadmap Development: Help develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms in support of Trust automation needs. Ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Trust priorities
Lead Change: Drive adoption of Automation and AI use cases through pilots, proofs-of-concept, and scalable implementations
