from Asana careersWe are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative team player to build and maintain the front-end experiences that power asana.com. Joining our global Web Engineering team, you will work at the intersection of marketing technology and engineering to deliver highly responsive, accessible, and performant web applications that tell Asana's story and drive business growth. You will partner closely with digital teams, product designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform creative visions into seamless digital realities.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve

Design and implement highly responsive web applications that adapt beautifully across all digital channels.

Create seamless full-stack solutions and build, advance, and contribute to our core component design system.

Lead front-end code development for web projects, spearheading UI overhauls across our complex MarTech platforms.

Implement rich web animations and micro-interactions that delight users while strictly optimizing for Core Web Vitals, site performance, and security.

Write clean, tested, and documented code while actively participating in comprehensive code reviews to ensure high-quality digital solutions.

Leverage and integrate AI models, services, and modern third-party integrations into applications via robust APIs.

Partner with product, marketing, and enterprise technology organizations to build out advanced web analytics and localization solutions.
About you

Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

Proficient in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript environments.

Experienced with modern web frameworks such as Gatsby or Next.js, as well as version control expertise using Git.

Familiarity with headless Content Management Systems (CMS) like Contentful or SkillJar.

Strong eye for design and rigorous attention to detail when collaborating with creative design teams.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of effective technical problem-solving.
Nice to have:

Experience incorporating AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and prompt engineering into your daily coding workflow to accelerate development.

Knowledge of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO fundamentals.

Exposure to marketing technology stacks (such as Marketo, Iterable, Optimizely) or internationalization/localization frameworks.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 10,750 PLN - 11,333 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
