Hybrid 2-3 days week
A Partner Success Manager oversees the planning and execution of software and hardware deployments, ensuring they are completed smoothly, on time, and to the customer’s specifications. This role focuses on leading, executing, and monitoring post-sales implementations, managing and controlling the deployment process, and working with various internal teams and customers for a successful deployment outcome while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution:
Work with Architects and Deployment Engineers to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables for large and complex deployment projects. - Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication.
