The Principal Analyst, Customer Insights is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping analytic strategy and delivering high-impact insights across complex, enterprise-level customer engagements. This role operates as the highest-level analytic authority within Customer Insights, driving methodological rigor, influencing business strategy, and ensuring analytics directly support contractual commitments and measurable performance outcomes.

This individual will lead the most complex analytic initiatives, serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, and elevate analytic standards across the function.
