The Fitness Technologies team is seeking a Designer to be based at the Fitness+ Studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and resourceful designer who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about crafting compelling visual experiences across a wide range of platforms and audiences.
We're looking for a talented Designer to partner closely with the Fitness+ Studio team and support the broader Fitness Technologies organization. This person will play an integral role in executing how Fitness+ looks and feels — from in-service artwork and editorial assets, to internal presentations and partner-facing deliverables.
The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a sharp eye for detail, and the versatility to move fluidly across production design, visual storytelling, content management, and light motion graphics. They are a proactive collaborator who brings clarity, craft, and creative energy to every project they touch.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field — or 3–5 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
A strong grasp of typography, color, and composition with the ability to work within and uphold existing style guides and brand standards.
Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, CaptureOne, After Effects, Pages, and Keynote.
Ability to manage time, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects forward while maintaining a consistently high standard of execution.
Hyper-focused attention to detail and a deep commitment to doing it the right way every time.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to incorporate feedback with openness and professionalism.
Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced studio environment.
Ability to be onsite for this in-person position.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with generative AI tools for creative and design workflows.
Light motion graphics and animation experience, including After Effects.
Background working in a production studio environment, on fitness or wellness products, or within a marketing organization.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and communications partners.
Creative individual with an interest in fitness and wellness content.
Comfort with ambiguity and a passion to explore and develop innovative ideas.
An affinity for building team culture and naturally including others in the work.
Loves connecting the dots and finding opportunities to integrate and amplify projects within and across teams.
