The IS&T Employee Experience Engineering organization is looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent results
We're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects and feature areas. You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list – it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project.
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>Demonstrable experience in Engineering project management
Experience in software development life cycle methodologies
Proven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication
Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>Hands-on experience in engineering project or program management
Hands-on experience in a technical role
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
