The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
Are you an exceptional creative with skill shooting and creating with iPhone? Do you love working with a team to make content for social, short films, and campaigns?
We are looking for innovative experts to be at the forefront of shaping our Retail content on digital platforms in China, turning concepts & ideas into tangible realities and exploring new technologies to create remarkable experiences for our customers and teams.
This role will work directly with the core creative team and as part of the Retail Content Studio team in China to create content across the China and the APAC region.
You will be part of the REMM Retail Content Studio, bringing best-in-class video and brand content to life across the China region, reporting to the Content Studio Lead.
This role is built for an exceptional creative who can excel both conceptually and in execution, articulate a strong point of view, demonstrate mastery in direction, capture, writing, editing, and technical nuances of the making process. You are a super-user of Apple's ecosystem, with deep fluency shooting on iPhone and a sharp instinct for what resonates on China's social platforms. You elevate the craft across each project, from social content to short films to campaigns. While not a formal people manager, you bring the seniority and maturity to steer creative peers toward strong ideas, and make decisions grounded in a clear understanding of Apple's business priorities.
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>10+ years of experience creating campaigns and content optimized for social media, with video direction as a core element in your career
Portfolio demonstrating mastery of video shot on iPhone, with evidence of directing and shaping the final creative outcome
Deep experience across the full creative and making process, from idea to final execution
Proven ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling work that resonates with audiences
Experience partnering with and directing work through creative agencies and external production entities
Demonstrated maturity operating with seniority among creative peers — able to influence ideas and craft quality without formal authority
Comfort integrating AI-assisted tools into a fast-moving creative and production workflow
Mandarin and English fluency, written and spoken
