<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, field quality, and/or development of new products

<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>MS in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or equivalent
Technical systems knowledge related to electronics and mechanical assembly
Broad software knowledge (OS & test related)
Knowledgeable in data analysis and interpretation ; Tableau scripting and JMP scripting knowledge is preferred
Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Reliability, and Failure Analysis.
Experience partnering with international contract manufacturers in mass production; experience traveling to manufacturing sites
Clear and consistent communication, including exec level presentation skills
Must be a self starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to detail
Project management experience
Outstanding communications skills
