ABOUT THE JOB
As the Head of Growth for Rocket Motor Systems (RMS), you will report to the RMS General Manager and work directly with the Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division Senior Vice President to build Anduril’s rocket motor business business and establish RMS as the primary or secondary supplier of motors on multiple weapons/missile Programs of Record. Your role is cross-cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute BL growth strategy for RMS. You will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and building the RMS growth team and in collaboration with Division and BL leadership, and Strategic Growth. Our ideal candidate will work out of the Washington DC or Huntsville, AL offices.
