Required Qualifications (must- have)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE
3-5 years of relevant working experience in IC industry, preferred FAE and AE
Preferred knowledge of high speed and precision product application support for automotive, high speed optical module and robotic related.
Strong self‑learning mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing market directions.
Comfortable with frequent and intensive travel.
Capable of handling complex customer relationships with professionalism, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
Good communication skills in English
