Principal RFIC Design Engineer
ADI’s Digital Business Unit is seeking a Principal RFIC design engineer to join the R&D team and enable the next generation of intelligent RF/wireless communication products.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform RFIC design, integration, development, and validation for an intelligent integrated RF/wireless communication system-on-chip (SOC)
- Work with system teams and digital teams to build up RF/Analog front-end design requirements and block specifications
- Coordinate chip integration with other analog/RFIC design engineers and provide guidelines for layout teams
- Work with product application teams and production teams to complete the chip characterization, production test development, and end-customer supports
- Provide technical support and mentor junior members of the team
