The Technical Trainer plays a key role in ensuring technician competency by implementing, facilitating, and continuously improving handler, tester, and equipment-related training programs. This role partners closely with operations and engineering stakeholders to support technician certification, recertification, and ongoing skills development

Key Responsibilities

Implement and facilitate technical training programs, including handler and tester training, in support of technician certification and recertification requirements.
Conduct standard operating procedures (SOPs) and skills-based training to support the orientation and onboarding of new hired technicians.
Manage technician certification and recertification programs, including:
- Creation, update, and maintenance training modules and of certification and recertification exams
