We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Global Facilities team in San Jose, CA. This is a strategic, high-visibility role responsible for managing complex capital projects across ADI’s global portfolio, including sites in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, from early-stage programming and cost estimating through construction completion and close-out, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives for cost, schedule, quality, and safety. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Global Project Delivery: Directly lead and manage construction projects across ADI’s global portfolio, including offices, R&D labs, and cleanroom facilities. Maintain full ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Engage and coordinate external design firms, contractors, and consultants as execution partners while ensuring consistent standards, governance, and reporting across all regions.
