Job Title: Senior Systems Design/Architecture Engineer
Role
The Senior Engineer leads hardware and PCB design efforts, supports manufacturing, and maintains clear technical documentation to help projects move efficiently from development to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hardware and PCB design and development for engineering projects
- Support manufacturing readiness, build issues, and technical problem-solving
- Create and maintain design documentation, specifications, and work instructions
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into hardware deliverables
- Identify risks early and communicate progress, issues, and priorities clearly
- Improve design, documentation, and manufacturing support processes
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers
Core Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in hardware and PCB design
- Experience in Power Supply Design is highly valued
