Staff ATE Test Engineer
Position Overview | 职位概述
We are seeking a Staff ATE Test Engineer to own and drive CP / FT test solution development, NPI bring-up, and high‑volume manufacturing support for analog and mixed-signal IC products.
This role emphasizes end-to-end technical ownership, covering test architecture, ATE software and hardware solutions, yield and quality performance, and cost optimization across the product lifecycle.
