We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Global Facilities Engineering team, based in San Jose, CA. This is a strategic, high-impact role with both local and global responsibilities, supporting and influencing ADI’s mechanical infrastructure across its worldwide portfolio. The position plays a key role in advancing standardization, operational excellence, sustainability, and system resilience across non-manufacturing facilities in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
This role is responsible for the design, optimization, and lifecycle management of mechanical systems, with a strong focus on HVAC and process utilities (e.g., CDA, vacuum, exhaust, cooling water). The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to operate at a program level, driving standards, supporting global projects, and partnering closely with design, construction, and operations teams.
