We are seeking a Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team and play a key role in sustaining and improving wafer fabrication processes in a high‑volume semiconductor environment. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvements in yield, quality, cost, and cycle time through hands-on process ownership, data-driven analysis, and close partnership with manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in semiconductor processing, preferably CMP, and thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 cleanroom operation where ownership, collaboration, and adaptability are essential

Responsibilities:

  • Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
