Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Promoting a high standard of Safety and Housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and control standards within the Manufacturing areas e.g. Data entry, Checks, OCAP’s, Gear protocols, etc.
  • Provide front line supervision for Team Members to ensure production targets are met.
  • Develop and deliver effective training plans in line with the business objectives.
  • Motivate and develop Team members to create a positive production environment and maximize production capability and flexibility to changing needs.
  • Provide effective communications to Team, Equipment technicians and Process engineering groups to deliver to the manufacturing plan.
  • Maintain work flow by setting and revising priorities and targets for the team. Monitoring metrics (Area, Tool, Stage), taking action to optimize performance.
