We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. In this strategic role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a finance business partner and controller for assigned factories.
- Partner closely with Factory Managers and Operations teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis activities.
- Monitor key cost drivers and operational metrics, providing recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
- Translate operational results into financial impacts and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and business improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Finance/Accounting related course
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing and/or semiconductor industries
- Experience in management reporting and supporting operational leadership
