The Role
We are seeking an experienced Power and Performance Optimization Engineer with strong hands-on and analytical skills. In this role, you will work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve performance and efficiency challenges across core, I/O, and application‑level workloads in datacenter environments.
This position is highly cross-functional and customer-facing, requiring strong technical depth, clear communication, and the ability to translate performance insights into measurable product and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Study and apply BIOS and OS level power management features to analyze and resolve power efficiency and performance issues on AMD EPYC™ server platforms.
