We are looking for a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to join our expanding team in Switzerland. As an Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you'll independently troubleshoot and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, and respond to operational issues with minimal supervision. Your work will help maintain one of the world's largest information system infrastructures. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving in a process-driven environment, we'd like to meet you! Key job responsibilities On-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures local legislation. Maintain performance benchmarks, prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations maintenance. Generate Change Management requests Incident Management tickets as directed. Learn and contribute to documentation relevant to business facility operations. Assist with rack installation and the provision of power/cooling. Become involved with routine maintenance and emergency services on critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, cooling equipment, building monitoring systems, etc. Assist and learn about the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
