Job Summary – Operations Manager, Sort Center (AMXL Middle Mile) AMXL Middle Mile is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at an AMXL Sort Center in Japan. The role focuses on ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, and outbound operations while meeting key operational metrics such as safety, quality, throughput, and on-time departures. The Operations Manager will oversee 3PL operations, manage vendor performance, and maintain strong account management with partner operators to ensure operational standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure shipments flow through the network efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing floor execution, optimizing labor and equipment utilization, monitoring operational metrics, and driving process improvements to improve productivity and reduce defects. The role will also support capacity planning and help stabilize operations as the AMXL Middle Mile network continues to expand. --- 職務概要 – オペレーションマネージャー（AMXL ミドルマイル・ソートセンター） AMXLミドルマイルでは、日本のAMXLソートセンターにおける日々のオペレーションをリードする オペレーションマネージャー を募集しています。本ポジションでは、入荷・仕分け・出荷業務が円滑に行われるよう管理し、安全性、品質、生産性、定時出荷などの主要なオペレーション指標の達成を担います。 オペレーションマネージャーは、3PL（外部委託パートナー）のオペレーションを監督し、ベンダーパフォーマンスの管理や アカウントマネジメントを通じて、パートナーが運用基準を満たしていることを確保します。また、フルフィルメントセンター、デリバリーステーション、キャリアパートナー、社内チームと**密に連携（コラボレーション）し、ネットワーク全体でのスムーズな貨物フローを実現します。 主な業務には、現場オペレーションの管理、労働力および設備の最適化、オペレーション指標のモニタリング、ならびに生産性向上と不具合削減のための継続的なプロセス改善の推進が含まれます。また、キャパシティプランニングを支援し、拡大を続けるAMXLミドルマイルネットワークの安定運用を支えます。 ・Department: AMZL ・Job: Program / Project Management Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
