The Merchant Consultant (MC) role represents an innovative approach to managing and growing our partnerships with merchants across global markets. As a Merchant Consultant, you will drive operational excellence across multiple grocery partners by managing key performance metrics and delivering business support. This role combines elements of product management, category management, and marketing expertise to provide scalable, high-quality service to our merchant partners. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, analytical, and results-driven, with strong creative problem-solving abilities. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Category Management, and Marketing teams to optimize merchant performance and drive growth.
