アマゾンウェブサービス（AWS）では、Engagement Managerという職種を募集しています。Engagement Managerの役割は、お客様のビジネス目標実現を最優先と捉えた上で、お客様をご支援するProfessional Servicesのプロジェクト運営および各ステークホルダー間の調整を軸に活動するものです。また社会的にインパクトのあるサービスや製品を、お客様と共に創り上げて行くに当たっては、様々な曖昧性やリスクが待ち受けています。そのような先が見えないチャレンジを一緒に打開して行けるようなリーダーを我々は求めています。
そのようなリーダーに求められるのは、大規模プロジェクトやお客様の重要施策支援において、多岐に渡るステークホルダーの方々と関係を築きながらお客様の期待に応えるご支援をして来た経験や、システムの企画から導入、運用保守、次期システム更改に至るまでのライフサイクルに関する幅広い知識です。IT業界の中で様々な経験を積まれた方にとっては、より高い視座からお客様やパートナー企業と戦略的に協業するステップアップのキャリアを得るチャンスになります。

- 曖昧な状況に対して会話のベースラインを設定し、かつその根拠をロジカルに相手に説明出来ること

- 眼の前の課題を解決するだけでなく、横断的な活動に視座を上げて効果を最大化しようとするマインドがあること

Engagement Managerは、お客様の成功を推進するための戦略的かつ実行的な業務にフォーカスした支援をご提供します。業界の専門家としての深い知見とプロジェクト推進者としての実行力を融合させ、お客様のビジネス変革をリードします。
ビジネス目標の理解：お客様の業界特性を踏まえて、短期的・長期的な目標をヒアリングし、プロジェクトの方向性を設定します。
カスタマイズ戦略立案：業界の規制、競合環境、技術トレンドを考慮し、ソリューションを設計します。
ROIの明確化：測定可能な指標をお客様と合意して設定し、プロジェクトの投資対効果を明確にします。

Basic Qualifications
- 複数のワークストリームが含まれる大規模なプロジェクトでプロジェクト全体を管理およびリードした経験- 自身一人の力ではなく社内外の多様なチームにビジョンを示しエンゲージし、目標達成のために協働した経験
