Job description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Communications Manager to join the EMEA AWS Specialists and Partners (ASP) organization. The Executive Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications and engagement plans that promote ASP's vision and goals to global internal and external audiences. They will create compelling content for executive communications, manage high-profile speaking engagements, and drive thought leadership opportunities that showcase AWS's business value. Success in this role requires deep customer obsession, passion for technology, and ability to deliver results through effective communications. The ideal candidate will design data-driven messaging strategies, identify high-value engagement opportunities, and develop engaging executive-level content. They must demonstrate exceptional writing skills, experience leveraging AI tools to augment their work, maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, and uphold the highest standards while managing multiple projects. Critical to success is the ability to have bias for action, balance driving vs. being directed, stay curious about new initiatives, and take calculated risks to innovate and raise the bar on communication approaches.
