We're seeking a Senior Design Technologist who operates at the intersection of design craft and technical execution. This is not a pure engineering role — the ideal candidate thinks visually, builds fluently, and moves seamlessly between Figma and code. You'll lead the technical execution of complex advertising campaigns and define how AI tools and workflows integrate into our creative practice — accelerating execution, reducing rote work, and unlocking creative possibilities. You'll serve as a technical leader within a multidisciplinary team, shaping scalable systems, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring peers. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in both front-end development and design sensibility.
