Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Supervisors to lead and develop teams within our fast-paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfilment Enter) environments. This role will encompass responsibilities across both areas, requiring a versatile leader who can thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing operational landscape. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflows, exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement. Key job responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, including managing teams of Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and Associates (ranging from approximately 30-40). This includes allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and maintaining exceptional organizational skills. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, driving engagement and performance while ensuring associate safety and adherence to Amazon's Health and Safety standards. Performance Management: Be obsessed with metrics, diving deep to identify root causes of performance issues, and implementing effective solutions.
