Our Site Leaders are responsible for all safety, budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an entire building. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the SC. Key job responsibilities - Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole SC, including safety, productivity, financial planning, labor planning, and operational goals - Provide strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3Yr overview). - Guide building culture according to leadership principles - Set clear goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers - Measure performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable - Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the SC to meet and exceed business plan - Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network -…
