The Amazon Alexa International in Toronto team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of Alexa+ in Canada. This is your opportunity to work on products that are making history! Key job responsibilities • Define user needs and identify gaps, features enhancements and opportunities to grow the business • Define creative, high-quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in Canada across English and French locales. • Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application. • Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute on priority initiatives. • Own the end-to-end customer experience for Alexa Canada across Echo, FireTV, and additional endpoints. • Track launches through every step—from experience review and packaging approval, to beta testing, leadership presentations, and customer launch. • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load. • Continuous monitor customer experience performance, identify gaps and improvement…
