Senior Maintenance Engineering Manager, RME

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Leader to join and lead our team at our newest Robotics Fulfillment Center opening in Craigieburn. As the site lead for all engineering operations, you will manage a team of 50+ professionals, including Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, Technicians (fitters and electricians), Planners, and Automation Engineers. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and innovation while training, developing, and coaching your team. Your responsibilities will combine strategic leadership, team development, and hands-on problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure robotics systems operate at peak performance. Own legal responsibilities as the site engineering lead. - Partner with the recruitment team to fill allocated headcount with high-quality, experienced staff.
