from Amazon careersThe Ring & Blink Accessories team is seeking a results-driven Senior PM-T to join the team. This role offers an opportunity to make significant impact by developing tech accessories that solve real customer problems. From companion devices, to mounting solutions, power options, and many more, you’ll have the ability to own the accessory vision for a suite of products.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy through comprehensive internal and external market analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Leverage GenAI tools to force multiply
- Balance prioritization and trade-offs across customer experience, features, profitability, and operational support
- Collaborate up, down, and across the broader organization to deliver high-quality products on schedule
- Effectively manage multiple product development programs simultaneously across different stages
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical obstacles impeding team performance goals

Our mission is two-fold. At its core, we enable millions of Ring and Blink devices to deliver on their most popular customer use cases by developing power-related accessories (batteries, solar chargers, power supplies), installation kits, and spare parts kits among others. Second, we aim to expand our devices' use cases and delight customers with application-specific accessories and companion devices such as Chimes and Smart Lights.
