Do you want to support in the development of new revenue streams for Amazon that will have a significant and measurable impact on the bottom line? Amazon Australia’s payments business needs an experienced Business Developer and Account Manager to help us grow existing and new partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will support the growth of the APAC payments business by managing existing partnerships and driving performance across fintechs, banks, and travel/hospitality companies. You will work alongside senior Business Development Managers, supporting larger strategic partnerships while independently managing smaller-scale deals and promotional funding initiatives. To achieve success, you must have experience influencing internal and external partners, driving cross-team coordination, along with a basic knowledge of technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: a) business development; b) partner management, including assessing program metrics; c) credit card, BNPL or rewards program management, including running partnership program, creating measurement and success metrics and optimizing performance with partners Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have successful personal attributes including strong ownership, creativity, leadership, earning trust in relationships, and ability to influence outcomes both internally and externally.
