customers – on time, with low cost. The Middle Mile Transportation Technology organization builds
complex software solutions that work across our vendors, warehouses and carriers to optimize both time
& cost of getting the packages delivered. Our services already handle thousands of requests per second,
make business decisions impacting billions of dollars a year, integrate with a network of small and large
carriers, owner operators and drivers worldwide, manage business rules for millions of unique products,
and improve ordering and delivery experience for millions of online shoppers.
The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for defining the roadmap for delivering automated procurement
of capacity – orchestrating across multiple channels, supply types, demand profiles and region – to
minimize transportation cost and improve speed. The role will need to a build out an agentic
orchestration forward product suite that can reason across diverse procurement choices and act or
advise multiple downstream systems to take actions that overall mitigate cost, speed and risk of
conversion. This product suite will sit at the crossroads of several differing technologies and will be
tasked with unifying them and manage workflows across them which are owned across multiple teams.
To successfully execute, the Sr. Product Manager (PM) will define a robust decision framework that
allows for system unification and taking thousands of decisions every second, at scale. The role will own
this roadmap for all NA & EU Relay operations. To succeed in the role, the PM will need to develop
strong understanding underlying system architecture, varying optimization functions and work cross-
team to set up a coherent unification framework. The role will interface directly with leaders across
multiple ATS orgs during business and product reviews and will help design product strategy during high
visibility settings during High Volume Events (HVEs).
Key job responsibilities
 Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams in operations, technology
and planning to define strategic roadmaps while keeping the impact of the solution to all
stakeholders in mind.
 End-to-end ownership of requirements gathering documentation, planning, and implementation
of cost-effective solutions for Amazon transportation network.
 Own complete 0-1 product development and roadmap ownership, own product design and
delivery through dedicated tech team.
 Designing and implementing feedback mechanisms to drive performance and cost improvement
in processes.
 Ability to deep dive and do root-cause analysis using data, and create metrics-driven, actionable,
and sustainable solutions for the future.
 Monitor product metrics across nodes and analyze their drivers to determine the level and type
of engagement required based on the risk to customer experience and utilization of technology.
About the team
The team currently consists of Product Managers, Program Managers and Business Analysts focused on a
suite of products optimizing pricing, procurement, orchestration and automation of capacity
procurement for Middle Mile Transportation across NA & EU. This is a distributed team with members
based out of Bellevue, Nashville and Atlanta.

About the team
The team currently consists of Product Managers focused on the North America geography expansion of Relay Spot Supply Business. We are supported by a team of Business Analysts who help own, create and maintain reporting and analytics tools to meet Product Manager needs.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
