You will support Amazon’s senior management, technology and engineering, marketing, customer support, business development, sales, supply chain, and information security teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing agreements and a wide range of commercial agreements
- Providing support to the business on other legal matters on an as-needed basis
- Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.

Your day will be a blend of strategic legal counsel and collaborative problem-solving.
