from Amazon careersThe Studio coordinator provides customer-centric intake management, calendar, organisational, reporting, and administrative support to the Event Productions team and its customers. The primary focus is to support intake operations and scheduling of studio requests. They are the primary point of contact for the customer, responsible for the booking process, planning and operations. The candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, step seamlessly into a corporate environment, and have the ability to work across multiple teams and cultures. Key job responsibilities - Coordinates requests, including but not limited to studio recordings and post production. - Act as a dedicated POC for customers, including production team and third-party vendors when required. - Available for customer meetings, and productions. - Manages meetings effectively; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders. - Maintains multiple operations calendars and databases. - Daily customer communication support and management. - Regular scheduling of customer requests. - Improves efficiencies and works to optimize processes. - Coordinates project-related data and reporting. - Works on defined projects, with straightforward goals. - Able to identify blockers and facilitate progress. - Research new technologies to constantly evolve our services to keep up with industry standards. - Play a…
