from Amazon careersAmazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking in a city. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance. Managing 3P partners and driving standardization/improvement is a key requirement of the role.
Key job responsibilities
Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks
Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams
Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches
Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy
Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
