The Amazon Studios Strategy Ops Team is looking for a Sr. Studio Strategy Manager. The Studios Strategy team drives the long-term operational strategy of the Studio. We identify opportunities to deliver the creative scope and vision of our slate with increasing efficiency. The team is focused on a) optimizing the cost structure of our operating model and b) optimizing our operations to deliver content at lower costs. This role will work on cross-functional projects that cover long-term strategy and operations for Amazon Originals series and movies in the US and our 21+ local territories – including long-term resource planning, opportunity and tooling identification, and investments/initiatives that scale studio capabilities effectively. Projects include but are not limited to internal capacity optimization, portfolio analysis, op model recommendation, infrastructure investment, and emerging technology strategy. We seek a critical thinker, builder, and project manager who can keep pace with our growth in a deadline-driven, highly ambiguous environment.
