We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Hygienist to join our Global Health and Safety Sciences Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce across various operations. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating occupational health hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a safety culture regionally, and conducting comprehensive assessments of workspaces, including exposure monitoring and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a solid knowledge foundation in safety management systems, local and regional safety standards, and a proven track record of designing improving safety programs policies. They will have a history of building partnerships with diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions. The candidate must have the ability to define clear requirements in ambiguity, proactively educate team members, leaders, and other support teams, and communicate effectively and consistently throughout all levels of the business.
