Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Product Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, helping ESM translate business needs & requirement into product solutions, building BRDs and needle move the development of product/tool solutions, identifying more growth opportunity and put into scalable product design, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve Account Management efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Product Management skills and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.

Work closely with the Account Management team to identify business needs/issues and develop feasible product solutions, articulate BRD and drive through the product development.
Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution, builds trust with stakeholders and fosters a collaborative team environment
Structures work flow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities
Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data driven decision making to make recommendations for systems, products, and business improvements
Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other tools to assist Sales teams maximize productivity

- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
