About Vendor Consultant Program
Vendor Consultant Program in Amazon RBS organization is to own operational business metrics and associated tasks for JP AVS vendors. These include business metrics that require minimal financial judgement or commercial negotiations needed. We aim to deliver this through a dedicated team of vendor consultants, who will act as the primary owner of business metrics for their assigned set of vendors. Our primary customer is our vendors, who subscribe to the AVS service with the intent to get a customized service that will augment their growth on Amazon. To be able to delight our customer, we will aim to provide a high-quality service that exceeds our vendor’s expectations by driving their growth on Amazon by improving metric performance.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Subject Matter Expert (Marketing Operations) to lead the Marketing Operations service pillar within Vendor Consultant Program. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Marketing Operations to design scalable operational solutions that improve vendor business performance. You will own end-to-end workflows across marketing-related operational activities, driving key business metrics. You will work closely with Vendor Consultants, JP Retail team, global partner teams, and technology team to standardize processes, eliminate operational defects, and build automation solutions that improve both operational efficiency and vendor outcomes.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, program management, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement capabilities.

-Analyze business performance, identify root causes, and implement data-driven solutions through process optimization and automation.

About the team
The RBS VCP program supports AVS Signature vendor growth by owning and improving input KPIs (VGP) across Availability, IDQ and Marketing Ops metrics. By transferring ownership of such metrics and associated operational tasks to RBS VCs, we eliminate the operational burden on Brand Specialists, thereby improving AVS productivity.
