from Amazon careersWe are looking for detail-oriented Operations Associates (L3) to join our Supply Chain Inbound Operations team on a 5-day rotational shift (inclusive of weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and action shipment exceptions — manage rejections, approvals, and unblocking of inbound consignments
Execute inventory replenishment order drops across fulfilment channels, ensuring on-time delivery and stock availability
Manage inbound scheduling, appointment coordination, and workflow execution
Compile and circulate daily/weekly operational performance reports
Support ad-hoc operational tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse ops, transportation, planning, category) to resolve execution bottlenecks
Basic Requirement:
1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including weekends
Good communication skills and attention to detail
