We are searching for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven Senior Financial Analyst to own financial planning and analysis for our transportation offerings.

You work collaboratively across a matrixed organization to define financial plans, measure financial performance, and identify risks and opportunities. This is a hugely exciting role for a strategic finance professional to own a vital part of the success of our business.
The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with interactions across a wide variety of e-commerce and logistics topics and stakeholders, including Demand, Product, Operations, and Pricing. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will build the financial plans for the worldwide business, you will understand critical business KPI's and levers within financial plans, and you will make recommendations based on opportunity.
The scope for this role focuses on financial planning and analysis, financial strategy, and reporting/analytics design and automation.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
