from Amazon careersAmazon's Middle Mile is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Program Manager. In this role, you will own the analysis of trailer performance and customer experience metrics across Amazon's Middle Mile network, translating complex operational trends into clear insights and actions that drive measurable improvement. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams, managing stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and delivering strong results through data-driven root cause analysis and structured problem solving. This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance. They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences. They will have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary in a start-up like environment.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of team management experience- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
