Our team looks around corners for CN originated innovations meaningful for Amazon customers. We are innovating, building new methodologies to generate insights, and making recommendations to senior leaders to drive actions that directly impact our current and future customers.

In this position, you will own and contribute to the global programs that measure Amazon’s end-to-end experience with a focus on advertising, commerce and AI. You will drive projects across geographies and teams, partnering with senior business leaders in developing programs, and following-up on actionable findings. The role will allow you to make a real impact for our customers from Day 1 and provide a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges.

Key job responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership
Perform in-depth analyses and deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas
Use insights-driven recommendations to drive actions that impact Amazon customers
Deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders across geos and business units
Work with senior leaders to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on developing products and services that will improve our customers’ experience
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members and contribute to our high performing culture

About the team
Customer Experience and Business Trends is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas, and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings - for almost every business at Amazon - for every customer (e.g., consumers, developers, sellers/brands, employees, investors, streamers, gamers).
Our approach is based on determining the customer need, along with problem solving, and we work backwards from there. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; ability to develop hypotheses, and use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in online or digital advertising
- Experience in management consulting, retail, consumer goods, internet, or technology companies
- Excellent attention to detail, and good business acumen
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
