Join the High Volume Hiring team as a Sr. Product Manager to revolutionize how we support our global workforce. You'll own the vision and strategy for an early-stage product, define roadmaps, and deliver clear requirements for Designers and Engineers. Drive product development from design through release, own the product lifecycle, and define success metrics. Key job responsibilities
Product management at Amazon requires cross-functional leadership. As a portfolio owner, you will make data-driven product decisions and collaborate with business teams, leaders, and dedicated User Experience (UX) design and engineering teams. In our agile environment, you will:
• Launch new features and customer experiences
• Track key performance metrics
• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain product quality standards
• Drive project execution from concept to completion

o Sprint planning, roadmap planning, backlog grooming, UX reviews, product status updates, business requirements gathering

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
