from Amazon careersWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Selection Strategy for total store. In this role, you will own the end-to-end selection vision — driving catalog growth, improving selection quality, and enabling scalable mechanisms that help customers find what they need. You will manage a team spanning four critical pillars: Catalog Operations, Selection Growth, Selection Productivity, and Selection Enablement.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year selection strategy for both 1P and 3P, aligning goals across business units and tech
- Lead and develop a team of PMs owning Catalog, Selection Growth, Selection Productivity, and Selection Enablement workstreams
- Own the selection roadmap and metric targets, including catalog completeness, new selection launches. Aligning internal stakeholders to identify and close selection gaps at scale
- Drive catalog integrity initiatives — improving data accuracy, attribute completeness, and taxonomy alignment
- Design and implement scalable tools and mechanisms to accelerate selection productivity across teams
- Influence cross-functional decisions with finance, tech, and category leadership through data-driven narratives
- Represent selection strategy in business reviews and leadership forums, communicating progress against goals and strategic tradeoffs

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
