from Amazon careersAmazon Mexico is seeking a manager with proven experience in strategy, execution, negotiation, and team development to lead the Retail Productivity Charters. As the Productivity and AI Sr. PM you will lead the relationship and roadmap with offshore teams and be the MX owner of central tools to drive productivity. You will be responsible for leading and developing the strategy, resource planning and task assignments for the offshore resources, driving profitable growth, building new tools and processes to drive scale and automation.
The best candidate will have a broad skill set, with demonstrated career progression and a proven track record of delivering results. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, strategic negotiation skills, and a propensity to dive deep to solve complex problems.
You will also have a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You must understand the competitive and industry landscape and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to effectively work with external stakeholders at all levels of their organization. You must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
• Define the strategy, tasks and resource allocation of offshore teams
• Understand and challenge business metrics to drive productivity
• Benchmark WW stores and bring the best to MX
• Be the MX Single point of contact for WW tools to drive productivity and automation in Retail Operations
• Help the Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists simplify their work thru scalable mechanisms

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Bachelor's degree
