from Amazon careersThe Senior Program Manager for External Fulfillment in Mexico leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of Amazon's seller-managed fulfillment programs, including Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and Self Ship. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery—from conception through implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring scalable solutions that enhance seller experience, expand Prime-eligible selection, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across Mexico's third-party marketplace. Additionally, the SPM for EF MX will also look at scoping and driving productivity improvement initiatives internal to the EF team.
Key job responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Scope, design, and deliver business-critical programs that support External Fulfillment network expansion, driving the overall program strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Technology teams to define requirements, secure resources, and manage implementation timelines across multiple workstreams
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, proactively managing relationships with leadership, retail partners, and operational teams to ensure alignment and drive resolution of complex issues
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage metrics and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, track program performance, and make informed trade-offs that optimize delivery timelines and business outcomes
- Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives that remove seller friction, enhance operational efficiency, and scale fulfillment capabilities while maintaining Amazon's high standards
- Risk Management: Develop contingency plans, manage escalations, and navigate ambiguity to keep programs on track despite changing business conditions
- Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation and/or product behavior analysis
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing experience- Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation and/or product behavior analysis
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
